I ordered this thing couple weeks ago. I’ve got it installed. It’s not what I ordered. This does not have Bluetooth like my other ones I’ve gotten from you. It has one to six on the settings. My other ones have 1 to 10 on my other settings and I can operate them with my phone and they also turn on and off as needed. This one does not I’m not really happy because I did order a Bluetooth one and this one is not what I ordered.

Ordered it a month ago and it never arrived. Contacted support twice with no help. Shipping information has had it listed in my city since January 13th but nothing more.

Kachel is netjes geleverd. Nadat ik hem gevuld had met diesel begon hij te lekken. Blijkbaar een lekke tank. Na contact met vevor, hadden ze een nieuwe tank opgestuurd. Deze is nooit aangekomen. Nu zit ik met een defecte kachel. Communicatie met de helpdesk loopt niet lekker, ze reageren niet op mijn mail.

First one I ordered works great, but wasn’t enough to heat my unisulated garage so I ordered another. Second one is nothing but issues throwing different codes every time. They claim problem free returns but returning is a problem. I admit customer service is above par and fast to reply. Rather than a problem free return they are sending me a complete generator set..I’m handy and don’t see a problem changing it out, but the expect the buyer to fix a brand new unit. What if a person doesn’t have the tools or capabilities. This is not a problem free return. I buy a lot from vevor. But this got me rethinking my future purchases.

Really a piece of junk. Ill end up buying another bc I already have exhaust ran and they are cheap. But they are cheap bc they are cheap. Maybe ill have better luck next time

Ik heb jullie dieselkachel reeds twee weken in mijn bezit maar ik kan er niks mee want ik krijg hem niet aan !!!!!! Na verschillende pogingen om alles door te meten gaat het display niet aan ( niks in beeld ) maar het display krijgt wel voeding!!!! En ja ik heb de video ook bekeken maar dat had ik dag één al uitgesloten. Er komen van jullie allerlei Emails maar ik kom geen stap verder, in de hoop dat mij iemand mailt dat jullie een nieuw display toe stuurd! Zo langzamerhand ben ik er klaar mee en heb een andere besteld!! Het valt mij gigantisch tegen hoe jullie dit probleem oplossen, maar daar zal de multimedia wel van gaan genieten! Don’t buy it will leak fast and i can’t start a return i think it won’t start i don’t know if it’s just defective but for me its not worth it to

The heater was supposed to come with the 120volt adapter and didnt. Thinking of returning it.

Hello I finally opened the boxes of these and put them together and it doesn't get any power to it at all

Couldn’t get unit to even power up. Connected to battery just like instructions said and couldn’t even get the monitor to come on. Waste of time and money.
