The saw is fine but your company doesn't carry replacement parts or blades for it.

Works as it should but damaged when opening base was bent. Needed rubber mallet to straighten

I entered a ticket for tech support. Still waiting for reply. No way to call. Glad I finally figured it out but user manual leaves a lot to be desired. It says there’s a quick release on back to reset blade which mine did not have at all even though part number on unit was exact number on manual. I had to disassemble the entire bracket to move the wheel down. The blade came off immediately upon machine start up so my first user experience was spending a couple hours trying to figure out how to reinstall. None of what I had to do was covered in the manual. Pictures in the manual were of low quality and essentially useless. It was riddled with grammatical and spelling errors and even conflicting information. For example it says turn blade tension wheel counter clockwise to both loosen and tighten blade. Once I got it running, it seems ok but I probably wouldn’t buy again due to poor experience. It would be a major hassle to ship this thing back and since I can’t talk to anyone, I doubt I could get a return number.

Saw was crated well delivered late by a week. Assembly was terrible. Parts are not marked and no instructions were included in the box. All bolts and nuts no marked or identified. Took many texts to support to get a booklet for assembly. Support was fast and tried to help. The saw seems to be good quality overall. Companies need to relied the first impression is in the assembly. For professional woodworkers bad assembly means a bad tool. The low rating is because the assembly was so bad .

Was just what I needed for some craft projects. Could benefit from better blade guides however. Worked well for small projects..

Trying to find out anything about my shipping is like pulling teeth, hard to find out when I might get my 1000. Dollar saw.

Scie à ruban VEVOR 370W 2 vitesses achetée il y a quelques mois : impossible de la régler, la coupe part invariablement de travers. Les volants d'entrainement de la lame ne sont pas réglés l'un par rapport à l'autre à la livraison, extrêmement difficile de le faire sans y ajouter quelques cales faites maison, seulement 4 roulements à billes pour régler la précision de la coupe au lieu de 6 sur une machine de ce type, les roulements à billes se déplacent lors de leur serrage car leurs axes sont usinés sans précision, l'un des roulements à billes ne peut pas tourner car il est gêné par une autre pièce, le plateau n'est pas plan et il faut faire avec...une conception et un usinage déplorable. Une vraie galère pour faire la moindre coupe qui part de travers dès les 5-10 premiers centimètres. Machine inutilisable !

Machnie is niet af te stellen. het zaagblad wijkt stees af naar rechts. de zijlagers kunnen niet naar voor verschoven worden onafhankelijk van de achterlager. hierdoor kan er geen afstelling volgens de regels van de kunst gebeuren op mijn vraag voor ondersteuning komt geen reactie

Worst possible decision made to purchase this from Vevor. Purchased a bandsaw and critical parts were missing, such as the saw table and table insert. Back and forth with Vevor and they refused to send the replacement parts. It would cost several hundred dollars to ship back as they wouldn't even cover the shipping costs. I spent almost $1000 for this and it's useless to me. I will never purchase from Vevor again. BEWARE!
