qualtiy product damaged in shipping because it was poorly packaged and in process of delivering, driver hand truck broke through box and bent door side of trap, was able to make it work but was very discouraged they were not more careful in boxing such a neat trap.. with proper bait have still been able to use and catch critters after my chickens

This is not well designed very poor quality and customer support is just as poor.

Don’t waste your money! Total piece of crap! Trip lever doesn’t work, door locks don’t work and door catch was broken!

The trap doesn’t work. The trip panel inside goes down but does not trigger cage door. Would not recommend.

Arrived all bent up from factory, so much that the doors did not open or close without prying. Company would not take product back or replace, they directed me to links of videos on how you can repair their products so you can actually use them. After a week of back and forth Emails they finally offered a partial credit.

1 Star is TOO much but no other option. I am very experienced in catching squirrels. I have worn out my 30 year trap. This is a terrible product. It doesn't work. 1st when set it will only work about 25% of the time to shut the door. 2nd the trap is too large, giving squirrels enough room to not step on the door release plate. I have wired through the peanuts to hold them down and that too doesn't work. IT'S LAND FILL

Upon receiving this via delivery, the cage was bent and had to open the box and rebend the area just above the closing door on it. It is still not right amd still bent as I cannot get it straight. Because of this, the door has been shifted and locks down hard and sometime not at all. So I have tried catching animals and bought it for a fox that keeps killing my chickens. Something is tripping the door but because it's bent, whatever get in the trap pushes it's way out because the spring loaded catches don't catch. I took pictures with my phone but they won't upload here on this as it says the phone camera did not take the right size photos so can email them to you if you would do something about it. Not happy with this one but have been happy with other things I have ordered thru my business account. Seems like poor qualility for this one. 😕
