Handrail worked great, problem was code required the ends to return to the posts in my state and I now need to order a new one in order to get my final inspection to pass. I wish they either offered an attachment that could be put in to do make the returns or have stated somes states building codes will not allow this style. They require this in my state to prevent purses, shirts, fire hoses, etc. from getting snagged on the projection. I'm going to be out 120 dollars now to remedy the situation plus the labor to install. Hopefully the holes are at least covered with the new rails.

I will NEVER shop at VEVOR again.... I tried to return a heated sweatshirt (actually I only wanted to exchange for a larger size) and they gave me a bunch of crap. Terrible customer service

The hand rail is not acceptable for installation here in the USA. Local, State and international codes require it to be capable of handling up to 200 pounds. The handrail I received has a capacity of 165 pounds. I have attempted to return it with no success. I would like to exchange it for a steel handrail that meets the code.
