This product came to me broken. Chipped/cracked corner. Right side doesn't even work. I reported this immediately to the seller with pictures and video. Of course video doesn't work on your site. I was told to send the video directly to the email I received response back to and of course that did not work either. Now they are telling me to send video a different method I can not figure out. What a bunch of BS..

The LED FLUORESCENT PLATE arrived inside the normal box but the whole screen plate arrived cracked. waste my money to let the others buyer's know this is the second product i bought from vevor.com website. very disappointed
