Takes 1 week to even get a reply.
Do not buy one of these machines
Top cracked on each side, laser not firing up.
Have now had for 3 weeks and still only 1 reply from Vevor asking questions that I have already answered.

Arrived later then expected, had a broken part, and no-one is responding to my support requests.
So...not great. I think at this stage maybe I should have bought from elsewhere. Will happily change this review if and when I get some help.

Pire achat , ne vous laissez pas avoir pour le prix. Impossible de faire des travaux propre. Ne revient jamais au meme endroit.
De piètre qualité. Service nous dit 48h et meme apres plus de 1 semaines nous prend jamais au sérieux.
Électronique et vevor fini ....fini.....
Garantie tu ne doit pas acheter la ..

J'aurais dû acheter ce produit chez le concurrent, logiciel inadapté produit ne grand pas correctement très moche je ne peux pas proposer ce type de produit à mes clients je me le ferai vite renvoyer .je vous conseille d'acheter une x-tool

Jean No functional support for a defective product
I had very high hopes for this laser cutter! When I unboxed it, I followed the very limited instructions, plugged in all the things in all the places I was told, and when I turn on the power, it only makes a repeated beeping and rhythmical grinding noise. It never shows any lights in the front, no chance to connect to wifi, no response to anything.
I have a ticket open, and in 4 days have exchanged 2 emails where they send me a link to a video for a different machine, and random suggestions to swap USB ports (which I've done to no effect). They refuse to contact me by phone or video so that they can actually see what's going on. They are stabbing at random solutions with no knowledge of what I'm experiencing.
I'M HOPING THAT THIS BAD REVIEW WILL ALERT THEM TO MY NEED FOR A REAL SOLUTION!!!

Kevin Failed after 3 hours of run time
After 6 uses. Aprox 3 hours run time it failed to find its home for a starting point, and won’t work now.
