The adjustable arm is only intended to close and secure the blade for storage; it should not be used during cutting. It would be much better and more durable if this part were made of metal. Also, the clip is not properly aligned with the permanent bolt and securing nut.

I had this cutter for two weeks and it broke mid job. I really like the product but the design is horrible. Plastic broke right away It was doing the job great but there shouldn’t be any type of plastic for this type of product. What it’s used for it should hold up. I’m a little frustrated because this is the second cutter I have got from this site and had problems with both. Now I’m stuck with half the job done. One cutter at the bottom of the pond bc the rope broke lose and another large cutter unable to use bc port design. Super frustrating! ** Update to this review** I was met with amazing customer service and was totally refunded without question. Very nice for them to stand behind their product and make it right without me even asking for a refund.

It looked promising. It's sturdy, the features are great. The adjustable angle in theory is a great idea. It's a little heavy compared to another I've used. Unfortunately, it did not work. although the blades are sharp, it just laid at the bottom of the lake and dragged. I tried thrusts, yanks and just straight pulling, it didn't cut. When pulling it out of the water, the blades were full of uncut weeds. It looked promising but it didn't work for us.

I hate their AI system they use to negotiate refumds. It offered me $20 for $108 item then keeps upping it $10 more. I dont have time for this.

This is a great concept but the rope broke after 20 minutes. If there was a better way to pull it in or the rope didn’t brake I feel like it would be a decent product. Won’t buy again due to to breaking so easily.

The cutter is engineered poorly, and the instructions are missing a Key Point during assembly. The attachment line Continually gets cut by the sharp edge of the pipe. I lost one on the lake bottom. The replacement would be there also but Now I watch the rope condition where it passes through the pipe. I have had to cut the rope 3 times and reset so not to lose another in the lake. I did send picture’s already l, but no response.
