Wheelbarrow meets expectations so far. Use case is hauling material to a off grid off road cabin over 150 meters of rocky trail. So far have hauled about 500 kg in and about 200kg of trash out. The included Lead acid batteries are heavy (over 12kg). I replaced the stock batteries with an adapter to run the cart off of 24V tool batteries which made the wheel barrow much easier to use (reduced weight from 26kg to 14kg.) The included charger uses a standard 110V IDC socket, but expects you to only use the included 24V charging cable. This is bad human design as it would be easy to plug in 110V. The 16" front wheel is ideal for my application. The motor is brushless and high efficiency, but lacks low end torque (to be expected from the brushless hub motor) It won't grunt over rocks from a standstill like the brushed models, but once it gets moving, it moves well. The top speed is a bit fast for me (about 6 km/hr) so I feel like I am chasing the barrow, but it gets me where I am going that much faster. Maneuverability of the design is TOP notch, again, it is great for moving up a rocky trail with lots of dexterity. Overall, I am super happy with the purchase as it is making supply for this cabin much easier. I would gladly have paid 25% more if it had come with LiFe/Lipo batteries instead of Pb, but it is engineered to a price point. 52M 6' 200lb it is right sized for me.

Received but the connection for the brake is missing and the tub on the wheelbarrow had large scratches and dents in it.

It is such a huge help.in the barn when I clean horse stall when its muddy and raining and have to dump manure up a hill, dumping it though can be a bit hard as it itself is heavy and hard to dump then add the weight of the manure. Half the time I end up dumping it sideways from the weight. Still worth every penny I spent. I gave 4 stars only because the air valve popped off of 1 tire and when i tried to find a replacement tire vevor does not carry it, and it is extremely hard to find. I have been using the wheelbarrow with 1 flat tire, and now bent wheel and its still working. If you sell it you should sell the tires for it too, i even called customer service to see if they sell tires for it. No one could answer me, and ended up taking 3 weeks to tell me no. Wow just wow, you need better training there. The only other issue is the bolts will come loose as you use it on rough terrain and can bend making it difficult to tighten or remove to replace but that is not that big of a problem. Overall I love it, wish it would have a bigger holding capacity but I think I can swap out with a bigger wheelbarrow that is just laying around the barn. Vevor make it easier to find replacement tires for this please! I dont have the time to spend hours looking for a new tire, only to find one that costs more then the entire thing! And train your customer service a bit better so it doesn't take weeks to Say no to a simple question. It would be a 5 star review if you had easier replacement tires.

Purchased about 9 months ago for a backyard dirt moving project of about 40 cubic yards. Am pleased with the assist. However, not without problems: 1. Arrived with one bolt loose in the tire hub. Had to disassemble the hub and press the bolt in place. 2. Reverse switch is iffy. 3. Right handle has now broken at the point that control wires exit the handle tube. Looks like the hole weakened the metal creating a shear. Have contacted Vevor for a fix without a response. Wheel barrow now useless.

Bought this to move heavy soil and mulch from the front to back yard via stairs on the side of the house. First mistake was not measuring, as only one gate is wide enough. With the super fast tires, this is around 38" wide. Next of all, the reviews often flagged concerns with the assembly. We paid someone from TaskRabbit to assemble it. There were no detailed videos of the assembly. Two metal loops that attach the battery to the bottom were bent in transit, but we were able to bend them back to avoid a return. Functionally, this is only good for moving objects from one place to another, not for dumping them. We tried moving a load of pea gravel, which, yes, it did make easier, but it was impossible to dump all the pea gravel out of it due to the weight and angle. Had to buy 2 expensive aluminum ramps from VEVOR to enable it to work on our stairs, as those stairs are also only 32" wide and it falls off them. Still hoping this will help us move the 12+ yards of mulch we'll be getting to the back side of our lot versus carrying it 5 gallon buckets, which is what we previously did. We encourage VEVOR to pay content creators to make detailed assembly videos for their mechanical products that require assembly, not just promo reels to sell them. The instructions that come with VEVOR products are notoriously bad. In fact, VEVOR should take a page out of the playbook of VEGO garden and use AI to help make digital assembly animations for distribution online. Note, we did buy an extended 3-year warranty through Allstate since at least one review said there was a mechanical failure.

I have purchased several items from Vevor. Up until now, I have been very happy. This powered wheelbarrow was a big purchase that I was excited about. Until I received it. On step 2 of assembly, I noticed a broken connector. Parts had been bouncing around in the box and smashed the connector. Vevor is not willing to send a new part. I will have to box the whole thing up and ship it back.

The good news is, we had very little trouble with assembly, except the bolts were a little difficult to line up. Beyond that, however, turns out the dream was a lot rosier than the reality. Firstly, it's too heavy empty, let alone once it's loaded with manure. Now I understand why the bucket is so small. On the other hand, they could have used a plastic bucket - no idea why they didn't think of that. I'd assured myself that I could just take twice as many trips with the smaller bucket, but this thing is so heavy, it wore me out in half the usual time, so I got half the work done! Well, that was frustrating. And when it is full of manure, the motor really only works going downhill. In fact, the motor only works the way I expected when it's empty, which rather defeats the purpose. I should also have believed the comments about the arms being too far apart, making it even harder to lift when full. Guess what? They were right. Now I'm stuck with another expensive lawn ornament. If only I hadn't broken that crystal ball...

The product was difficult to assemble. Instructions were for a different product, and some components were not engineered well and did not fit correctly. It functioned fine for 3 days until it stuck in reverse. There is no phone number for support. The process via email was problematic and lengthy. Replacement parts were shipped directly from China. I will not be purchasing motorized products from Vevor again.

Sorry, I can’t recommend this product. I have two calls open with warranty support and they just send me a canned message that they are looking into it. The canned message tells me it is a safety issue and I should not use the product and to dispose of it properly. The control board randomly does whatever it wants. Quits working or when parked and loading it it takes off by itself and gains speed. It almost ran over my dog. I want an RMA number so I can return it and get my money back.

Assembly was relatively smooth but motor was stuck once fully assembled. No trouble shooting resources in manual and slow support online. Will be returning.
