My kitten absolutely loves his new cat tree. Excellent quality. Very easy to assemble and easy understanding instructions. Love purchasing from VEVOR.

Our cat really enjoys his new upgrade. He plays and sleeps on this structure all day and night. Easy to put together. Keep tool handy because u do have to keep tightening it down for the maintence of it especially with an active cat.

Cats love it. Problem is we have 4 cats and they all want to be in the little houses. Going to have to buy another. The build quality is so-so. The pillars are thin and the padding even thinner. There is a major mistake in the instruction telling you to put the wrong size pillars in the first house. Use the smaller ones (I think # 18) Time will tell how it holds up but for the price I am very happy with it. Cats are happy with it. Wife is happy with it.

Although it has been fun watching my cats play they have already torn the carpeting off of one post. This was a lot to put together. Instructions were not great be manageable. It seemed to be decent but it will not last long. Scratching posts already coming apart. It's okay but not the best quality.

Price is great, quality is fine, my 2 issues upon assembly was blindly lining up the screws to the precut holes. I was getting quite frustrated until I finally figured my technique using ball point pen. Second issue was stretching the material enough to get the interior posts to stand up straight. After taking out my aggression on the poor posts, I was eventually successful. As far as design, I placed this new cat tree beside my older existing tree. My cats use my original tree to climb over to the new one. It seems getting from level 2 to level 3 is not that easy. None of my 4 cats have used the hammocks yet, but I have hope.

This Cat tower is fantastic! (something I thought I'd never say in my late 40's) It was very easy to assemble, and so far, my cat(s) love it. (Yes, cats is plural, yet another thing I never thought I'd have in my late 40's) The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars, however, was the process of getting it here. I understand that some things are out of our control, and Mother Nature can disrupt this process, which I'm more than understanding of. It appeared, however, that my package was misplaced in a warehouse somewhere, as the "status" didn't change for nearly seven days (when I tracked it). When I reached out to customer service, although very lovely, their explanation was vanilla and came off as a cookie-cutter response, as if they were talking down to me. Then it felt like I should be okay with their answer. When I pressed them further, the only suggestion they had was to issue a refund, which I did not want to do. In the end, it did show up, but it took a little over two weeks. I was told that I would get a $20.00 refund for my troubles. I have not seen the refund yet, so I'm not hopeful it will happen. It ultimately seemed like their employees were not very knowledgeable, so if there is any takeaway here, I would spend some time working on problem-resolution tactics with your support staff. Other than that, the tower is a hit!

Should not be labeled for large cats. The poles are not as large as our other tree so not as sturdy and the platforms at the top wobble quite a bit when our cats (especially the larger one) 15 lbs, climbs up there. Otherwise it serves its purpose and they love the condos and the pouches.

I have been asking for a refund for weeks First they stalled responding for days then they advised me to use the stabilizing attachment for the cat tree. This item isn’t even in the advert. More time has passed and now they want me to accept $20 refund for my $60 cat tree purchase (that can’t support my adult cat or my 3 lb kitten) Please save you money. Do not purchase ANTHING from this company. The metal screws might have been worth $3. The rubbing for the cat tree is cardboard and the fabric is see through. One scratch it will be done. I’m trying to return this unused brand new 1/10 quality cat tree is the reason you won’t accept my return and issue a refund is because you also it’s the worst product waiting for a lawsuit to happen ?
