Easy to assemble. Great price. Cats like it.

I have had this cat tower for quite some time now and it has proven to be durable and attractive to the cats they love jumping from Tower to Tower. Also it holds up to repeated cleaning when the cats decide to puke up on it.

Cats love it. Problem is we have 4 cats and they all want to be in the little houses. Going to have to buy another. The build quality is so-so. The pillars are thin and the padding even thinner. There is a major mistake in the instruction telling you to put the wrong size pillars in the first house. Use the smaller ones (I think # 18) Time will tell how it holds up but for the price I am very happy with it. Cats are happy with it. Wife is happy with it.

The tower is loved by the cats. They will sit on it in the window most of the day. It comes with lots of parts but not bad putting together.

This thing is awesome! Other than FedX delivering to the wrong address, the cat tree was received well packaged. It went together really easily and only took about twenty minutes. The cat is already checking it out and using the scratch polls. Another great product from Vevor.

This Cat tower is fantastic! (something I thought I'd never say in my late 40's) It was very easy to assemble, and so far, my cat(s) love it. (Yes, cats is plural, yet another thing I never thought I'd have in my late 40's) The only reason I did not give this product 5 stars, however, was the process of getting it here. I understand that some things are out of our control, and Mother Nature can disrupt this process, which I'm more than understanding of. It appeared, however, that my package was misplaced in a warehouse somewhere, as the "status" didn't change for nearly seven days (when I tracked it). When I reached out to customer service, although very lovely, their explanation was vanilla and came off as a cookie-cutter response, as if they were talking down to me. Then it felt like I should be okay with their answer. When I pressed them further, the only suggestion they had was to issue a refund, which I did not want to do. In the end, it did show up, but it took a little over two weeks. I was told that I would get a $20.00 refund for my troubles. I have not seen the refund yet, so I'm not hopeful it will happen. It ultimately seemed like their employees were not very knowledgeable, so if there is any takeaway here, I would spend some time working on problem-resolution tactics with your support staff. Other than that, the tower is a hit!
