Help! I received a box of button parts a month or so ago. Tonight I pulled the bags out to start making the buttons and discovered that instead of providing the flat metal cover that the paper/badge design goes on, I had received a bag of metal backed pins and also the white plastic pins. No fronts! I have the clear plastic, the backs (both metal which I don't need and the plastic backs). I'm happy to return the bag of metal backs but I desperately need the metal front covers (not something with a pin in it)! I really needed them by this Saturday for a parade but that's not going to happen now. can you help me and get me the 500 metal covers? Sigh tried to send a photo of the two types of backs I received but it's a little over the 2MB maximum and I don't know how to reduce it?

Beste,
Ik kan enkel werken met de buttons die een kunststof achterkant hebben. De metalen willen zich niet vastleggen, terwijl ik bij beide hetzelfde doe. Ik heb de indruk dat de fronts van de buttons hun rand te kort is om rond de metalen achterkant te bevestigen.
Graag een oplossing, want dit is verspilling van materiaal en geld. Spijtig want ik gebruik de buttonmachine die ik bij jullie heb aangekocht.

Las que tienen la parte trasera de plástico quedan muy bien, pero las que tiene la parte trasera ade acero quedan sueltas, no quedan bien, incluso usando el aro supletorio.

Almost every one of these fail to crimp properly. The 32mm and 58mm work fine, but these 25mm are next to useless.

Terrible quality, I bought it in July but opened the box in September trusting the quality of vevor as company will be good. Missed the return window. The quality is bad, I keep getting bubbles on the badges made. Cannot use this anymore
