The hitch arrived on time, the cardboard box however was damaged and all the bolts fell out (still waiting for the replacements to arrive). I could wait no longer, went out and purchased hardware to install the hitch (installed and looks good), for those that keep asking Does it fit a Lexus RX350? Yes it does, Mine is a 2018 Lexus RX350L, Toyota Highlander (same model year group) use the same frame and bolt pattern

Ordered product based on reviews for fit of vehicle. Did not fit and need to return. Shame on me for not reading the return policy. Even if I am exchanging for another type of hitch, I have to pay the shipping which will be costly because it is heavy! Was offered $50 to keep it and not return, but paid mucho dinero so not really an option for me. I guess that's what I get for not ordering from dealership. Too bad really because the item was shipped in record time and is a very nice product. Box was crushed and covered in tape but didn't affect the product.

Bad quality product and very poor customer service. I reported the problem and was told I would receive a response within 48 hours, but after 4 days I am still waiting. Very disappointed and would not buy again.

Heavy duty but one half didn’t fit the holes at all so had to drill out holes larger. Also during shipping box must have been damaged and hardware was lost. It only took VEVOR a couple weeks to sort it out and get me sent the exact hardware that worked properly so I must give that positive to VEVOR customer service.
