We make a lot of bread and butter at home. The 6 quart KitchenAid we'd been using for years was sounding massively strained every time we tried to mix dough and the volume just wasn't enough. We needed something more powerful and this looked perfect. We actually didn't realize how heavy it was going to be. It was delivered in a crate with a pallet jack. It took (2) of us just to lift it on the counter. It is a staple of the kitchen now. We love it. "Sturdy" is an understatement. TIP: don't start whipping cream with the whisk on high unless you want to clean the walls. Start on medium and move to high when the viscosity drops a bit. We learned that one the hard way.

I love my new mixer it does everything I need it to.

We have been wanting to upgrade from a little kitchenaid mixer for making tamales. This mixer saves days of prep.

I have a small sourdough business and I upgraded to do more loaves at a time in a mixer. I went from a 4.5 quart to this 15 qt and I cab comfortably do 7 loaves at a time now. Its so easy to use, very powerful, and made of quality materials. I would recommend to anyone thinking about getting one, do it!

Works great and has made our lives easier at the restaurant.

Sehr zufrieden, verwende die Knetmaschine zum Brotteig knetten. Funktioniert super und sehr verlässlich.

My Amish friend is extremely happy the dough mixer. She used it very soon after getting it. She needed it to make a lot of doughnuts for a gathering. Thnx for your great service & product!

Good customer service with kind help

This is a wonderful addition to my wife’s and i’s cottage baking business. We were used to using a 6qt kitchen aid mixer so we upgraded big time. We’re able to produce a lot more product for our customers and our stores that we stock. This mixer is very easy to use. I would recommend to someone who wants to bake large quantities of products.
