Falto la palanca con que sube y baja la bandeja, no llego con la maquina Necesito que me la envíen por que así tiene un mal funcionamiento, no se aprovecha y además es primera vez que me pasa algo así, siempre e pedido y nunca había faltado nada

At first look the mixer looks nice, when you begin to look around the start and stop buttons seems too simple for the price of the mixer. The lever to lower and rise the bowl is very flimsy even when adjusted correctly. The four boots that help with the grip on the floor are not the correct fit, they either fall off or roll off. The mixer cannot be turned off and on continuously or your breaker will trip. When using the mixer on speed 1 the mixer works ok with light shaking. When using in speed 2 the mixer also has slight shaking. When using in speed 3, it is the worst, the shaking is excessive that the mixer literally moves from side to side you have to stand on the mixer so it can stop shaking. I believe the 4 legs need to be wider. The mixer does mix the dough correctly without the exception of the mixer walking away. The mixer is easy to clean all the way around. I was thinking of giving 3 stars but there's too many cons than pros with this mixer, I am not a satisfied customer for sure. P.S The amount of dough used to test the mixer was 7 cups of flour.

This machine only worked for 10 months. I have tried many times to contact VEVOR, but no one answers. They are only selling products and provide no after-sales service.

Terrible company to deal with. Customer service is cookie cutter responses, no phone number to physically speak to something (phones were never working when I asked for someone to call me), Every emailed to Vevor was always 24-48 response. Item came damaged and was refused at that time. Took Vevor 4 weeks to actually refund my money. I sent them photos, tracking, and even had to prove to them that the item was already back in their warehouse. Then they changed the story for why the item wasn't refunding yes. I do NOT recommend to purchase anything on the larger size from this company.
