Purchased this because the wind destroyed my last one (it was cheap plastic) this one looked great. Described as sturdy ...had a windy day and the ceiling support buckled.

I contacted the company multiple times for a replacement product the one received looks like it was pre-owned, hardware was tossed all around the box , a tear in the green lining and dented rods

1st package was damaged in transport by FedEx And was sent back to VEVOR. 2ND REPLACEMENT was shipped but was also damaged. When I checked the package there were missing Hardware and 2 pieces of the frame missing Sent 20 messages to the company and all o got was a automated response . Contacted PAYPAL and they contacted the company Which has not responded to PayPal as of today Company has not responded to my request to send me another item or just replace the missing parts and Hardware. Enclosed are pictures of the damaged item when FedEx left it

I have bought 3 of the 12x20 foot carport. They were fine all summer had to replace the top on one of them. But when winter came different story. They cannot handle snow all of them collapsed. Not strong enough for Canadian winter.

I purchased a green house from VEVOR which was missing 4 of the side poles and the connecting arch pieces were bent at the ends beyond repair. Basically even if I did have the missing side pieces they would have not been able to connect either way. I contacted VEVOR and one of their solutions was to keep it and they would refund back only 20 dollars which I would’ve understood if only the frame were that cheap. Another option was for them to send some accessories, I would’ve needed a whole new frame not a couple of screws and bolts. I tried to go thru PayPal but apparently I’d have to pay for return shipping which would possibly be more than the actual product it’s self . Long story short wouldn’t recommend to purchase green house from them unless you want to risk losing money for a product rendered useless for missing pieces. That being said I have ordered multiple items from them and never had a problem until now. I even had other items of more than $1000 dollar value in my cart. I’ll just take my business elsewhere.

Item arrived damaged, I tried to return it but they just give you the run around and closed the ticket before I was even able to reply. Vevors return policy is a huge joke, they will make you jump through hoops knowing that most people are just going to say F×@& it and keep the damaged item because its so difficult to get a refund or return the product. The greenhouse collapsed in short order from a rain storm because the damaged poles were weakened. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is the cheapest shit I ever bought with the money I paid not worth at all when i contact customer support the company a shit company. They just give you a runaround AI customer support that you would never go anywhere with that. You won’t stop any problems with it they just give you runaround. Jim Pike is broken pours missing. I couldn’t get a hold of not a customer service. He just want some bullshit pictures. After receiving the pictures of the claim. They haven’t received it. They just like a bunch of shit piece of shit company.

I would love ot put this together, but it's not possible without some serious modification. Finally got around to putting this together to find thatthe parts list in the instruction mnual doesn't match my actual parts. I have different parts. Poles 5,6,7,8, and 9 are there but some of them didn't have the tapered ends. There are no #4 poles, too many #3 poles, the #1 and #2 poles I'm guessing belong to a different product, as they have hooked ends that shouldn't be there, and holes on the upper end that are 90 degrees from what they should be, so it's impossible to assemble this thing as it is. I guess I'll have to wait untiol tomorrow to get in contact with Vevor, and I haven't experienced anything like this before. I'm hoping my 30' greenhouses have the proper parts!

I installed it and already started rusting in few days. October 3rd,2026. Put on cover, and it teared from 1 place. Within 15 days.

I live in South Dakota & the first 20 mph & it folded up. Not sturdy at all. Ripped the tie down point off the cloth. .
