Klantbeoordelingen voor VEVOR Overspannen Dakkas, 4,6 x 2,1 x 2,1m Foliekas, Gegalvaniseerd Stalen Frame en PE Dekzeil Kastunnel, Waterdicht UV-bestendig Tomatenkas, Inlooptunnelkas voor het Kweken van Groentenbloemen, Groen

Simple but decent growhouse for the price. However, one on the metal struts arrived broken, so I contacted Vevor customer service. No answer for one week, despite the promise of 24 or 48 hours customer service. I then used the customer chat and they promised to look into this matter asap. Still no answer. The cheap prices comes with a cost, I get it. But getting no help what so ever with broken products, will stop me from using Vevor again. And I am a returning customer, until now. Really bad - getting flooded with Vevor ads, but no ads in the world could compansate for lousy customer support.

This greenhouse was extremely flimsy. We had one night of rain and the whole structure was knocked down and started ripping.

THE WEBSITE WONT LET ME SUBMIT THE DAMAGED PICTURES so It will not process my complaint. There has to be a telephone number so I can talk to someone.

I bought this greenhouse and assembled it per the instructions. The poles are very cheaply made with extremely thin metal . We built it and secured it per the directions and 2 days later we had some wind (nothing significant) and the whole greenhouse collapsed because all of the pol es bent where the joints are!

Did not hold up to wind and rain. Frame is flimsy and bent easily, plastic tore. Straps for towing it to frame tore off,,
