Didn't even last a month into winter. Caved in under

First issue was with the assembly instructions; they were inaccurate and some of the frame parts were mislabeled. Also, some of the frame parts were missing from the shipment. In addition, the zippers for the doors were not sturdy enough. Two zipper slides broke and after buying a repair kit, neither was able to be repaired. Definitely need sturdier door zippers. The greenhouse only lasted one season and ended up in the trash. I didn't attach any photos; a broken zipper slide shouldn't need a picture to show what that would look like.

This is the 3rd Vevor greenhouse we have purchased, and until this one, we’ve been very happy. We had issues with the size of the cover, it didn’t fit the frame. We contacted customer service and after waiting 2 days for a response we were told that the cover is huge and we needed to tighten the bolts on the frame. We again told them this was our 3rd greenhouse and that wasn’t the problem. We even cut 3” off the legs in hopes the cover would fit better. They asked for pictures and measurements, which we provided and they offered a replacement cover, but it would take a while for us to get it. After arriving at the warehouse we were told it was lost and they would give us $39 to order a cover on our own. We told them $39 wouldn’t cover the cost of a cover even if they sold it separately. They then offered a $60 refund and we took it. Dealing with them took about 4 weeks. We will never order another greenhouse from them based on the lack of customer service.

Waited 3 weeks, never came, contacted Vevor and said well it must be lost, sent refund, very disappointed

Very thin gauge metal that dented nearly immediately by my toddler dropping a big stick (for a toddler) on the frame. While assembling, If you screw the pieces in tightly, the metal tubes just bend into oval shapes, so there is no sense that things are secure. Since it is so modular and you can't tighten the screws properly due to the weak metal, it is nearly impossible to get perfectly level on dirt ground. There are warnings on the product about not using it in basically any type of weather, and it really doesn't hold up to any of it. There are only 8 tie-down strings attached to the cover (two on each side on each end) and 2 of them ripped off with the slightest wind. The tie down strings for the cover are a complete joke. I doubt this thing is going to last an entire year in my pretty mild climate, and I'm definitely going to need to buy supplemental supplies to keep the cover on, keep the frame anchored, etc. so I can try to prolong it from just collapsing and turning into a giant pile of garbage.

Item arrived damaged, I tried to return it but they just give you the run around and closed the ticket before I was even able to reply. Vevors return policy is a huge joke, they will make you jump through hoops knowing that most people are just going to say F×@& it and keep the damaged item because its so difficult to get a refund or return the product. The greenhouse collapsed in short order from a rain storm because the damaged poles were weakened. I would not recommend this to anyone.

This is the cheapest shit I ever bought with the money I paid not worth at all when i contact customer support the company a shit company. They just give you a runaround AI customer support that you would never go anywhere with that. You won’t stop any problems with it they just give you runaround. Jim Pike is broken pours missing. I couldn’t get a hold of not a customer service. He just want some bullshit pictures. After receiving the pictures of the claim. They haven’t received it. They just like a bunch of shit piece of shit company.

I would love ot put this together, but it's not possible without some serious modification. Finally got around to putting this together to find thatthe parts list in the instruction mnual doesn't match my actual parts. I have different parts. Poles 5,6,7,8, and 9 are there but some of them didn't have the tapered ends. There are no #4 poles, too many #3 poles, the #1 and #2 poles I'm guessing belong to a different product, as they have hooked ends that shouldn't be there, and holes on the upper end that are 90 degrees from what they should be, so it's impossible to assemble this thing as it is. I guess I'll have to wait untiol tomorrow to get in contact with Vevor, and I haven't experienced anything like this before. I'm hoping my 30' greenhouses have the proper parts!

The tent pegs provided, should be much larger and there should be stronger and longer ties on the cover. There should be ties at every join. An excellent product, just needs more securing to protect against strong winds.

So I have had this greenhouse for less than a year and it did AMAZING that was until this weekend . Spring is fast approaching and I wanted to make sure the greenhouse was tidy and organized for the seed starting and hardening off that will soon be happening well I went to close it up for the day as it was fully organized and cleaned and when I went to zipper the right side closed it got halfway down before the zipper popped off tract no big deal right just get it back on track we'll as soon as I went to open the zipper to fit it back on track it cracked and completely feel off now I have a greenhouse that does not close which means it does not work hopefully vevor will replace the zipper or if not possible the cover.
