The quality of the cart seems fine for the price but two casters were damaged upon arrival. Submitted the issue but customer service has failed to resolve. Only emails I receive back state the case will be closed if no reply within 24 hours.

Do NOT buy this lift from Vevor. I ordered it back in mid September. The first time I used it I was trying to lift something up to my truck’s tailgate. I raised it about a foot up and an orange metal rod fell out from under it and landed in my driveway. Upon examination, it was a cross support that was supposed to be welded to both sides of the scissor frame. The rod was bent and both welds were broken loose. On September 23 I contacted customer support and was told I could return it at my cost and they would send me a replacement. The lift is heavy and bulky. I’m supposed to wrestle this thing into my truck, drive 35 miles to the nearest UPS store, pay for packaging and overweight shipping? I told them that wasn’t an option so on September 29 they offered me a $105 dollar refund or store credit. I responded immediately and told them I didn’t want a damaged lift. At that point I would be accepting any liability that would be caused by using a known defective product. On October 4 Vevor responded with another settlement offer of $173, which is about half of what I paid for the lift. I was tired of the back and forth emails and the disappointment of Vevor not being willing to make this right so I accepted the $173. I used the lift again a few days later to help put an item in my truck. On the way home the lift was strapped down in my truck bed. When I got home and went to unload it I noticed hydraulic fluid all over the floor of the bed. So now not only do I have broken welds but I also have a leaking hydraulic cylinder. Just for clarification, I have bought quite a few items from Vevor previously. However, after this experience I will be shopping elsewhere.

I have sent you pictures of the box and that’s just two sides. I don’t know if the item was dropped or what but I haven’t even opened it yet. I was out of town when it was delivered to my front porch.

Don't do it. Too many reliable (non-Chinese) vendors selling the same Chinese thing. Northern Tool for one. Mine was purchased through Vevor and leaked hydraulic oil through faulty gaskets from day one. Weeks and weeks of bs customer service translated through a bs customer service intermediary led to me sending this 150 lb beast back to China for a refund. You want to risk it? Go ahead. Dont destroy the original (already destroyed and oil soaked) cardboard box. Good luck is all I can tell you! Does it work? I guess it would, if you happen to get the one out of ten that was assembled per spec. Glen H.

It is hard to write a review on something that was never received! I did receive a credit but that left me without a piece of equipment I needed. I will try to reorder and then see if I receive it. I have received several other items with no problems and they have been great! I was really looking forward to using this!

If I could give this zero stars I would. First off when the item was delivered the packaging was destroyed. The worst packaging that this item could’ve been packed in was this. It should’ve been more reinforced box. As for the item itself when I go to locking the brakes, the car still moves the brakes do not work at all. When you’re pumping the hydraulic up, it bounces so hard. That’ll make what you’re moving shake. There’s one at Harbor Freight that I was skeptical by because I’ve been loyal to Vevor. So I went and bought the one from Harbor Freight. Night and day difference, the packaging was not beat up like this one was. Easy to assemble. Which assembly for this one was not difficult at all either it was good. For the brakes when you locked them, they lock. Moving around and when you have to put the hydraulic up and down, very smooth up and down with the hydraulics. If you’re in the market to buy one of these, my biggest suggestion is to go with the one from Harbor Freight. It’s cheaper and better. Hands-down way better piece of equipment than this one I purchased. If I could return this, I would. I bought it and didn’t need to open it right away. If I would’ve opened it right away, I would’ve returned it instantly.

It work good but leaked oil all over shop floor cause loose bolt.

Out of 50 items from Vevor this is the only product with a less than 4 start rating. Within a week of using the first time to lift a 20 gallon gas container out of the bed of my truck the hydraulic cylinder has constantly leaked. Very disappointing and unless you are an expert with hydraulic cylinders I would not recommend. Again 99% of everything I bought from Vevor is great this is not one of them.
