Works perfectly in our space & fits even our largest dogs (Bull Mastiff, St Bernard, Great Pyraneses) with ease. Easy to adjust water temperate as well as moving around handle to wash dogs everywhere.

Purchased and after a week my dog chewed wastepipe Have been to every plumbing store in the city and no one can find me the replacement fittings vevor DO not sell waste pipes seperatley incase of emergency have paid over 150 call out fees for different plumbers who cannot fix the bath so now am sitting with a bath i purchased 2 weeks ago but can no longer use what a waste of money is there any way i cam return it ?

Product arrived later than expected. Driver dropped off the product and said he was going to go around the block due to traffic / parking concerns. My General manager was present and was unable to move the package inside our location. She called the delivery driver without any response from the driver. The item came damaged and was on a pallet that was visually distressed. I tried to call the driver, and was sent to voicemail. The self wash station was scratched and bent at the seam of the entry door part of the tub. the latch to open / close the entry / exit door is very hard to close the locking mechanism. I am quite disappointed with the delivery and the recieved product so far.

Vevor compensated a small amount from my purchase due to confusing and several days delayed shipping experience with shipping team. I expected a great product to arrive in anticipation based on my experience with Vevor products. Not this one however.. compared to a previous tub you can really feel how more flimsy it feels. Lack of support welds inside the tub walls and no front bolt downs so when pressed the tub does the class thin stainles steel flop. The tub is not even and square to the point that the door wont shut bc how uneven it is. They have cheapened their product and try to compensate with cheaply made accessories including tore right away (bath gloves). too bad reviews dont accept videos to show flimsy Vevor please do better

Steps are flimsy at base of tub. Falls out when moving theo. The bolts on the feet rusted after first use

Compro questa vasca e mi arriva settimane dopo la data prevista , il pacco è arrivato tra l’altro molto danneggiato con buchi in diversi punti , apro il pacco e mancano le cerniere per chiudere la porticina ,in più scopro più avanti che era incluso il miscelatore ma ovviamente alla vevor non sono in grado di fare un pacco e quindi anche quello manca , considerando che è la vasca mi serve per lavorare il danno che mi avete recato non è indifferente . Sconsiglio vivamente questa azienda .
