Love the stairs, great for my small dogs (beagle and westie) to climb into the bed and onto the sofa. The only negative is that the supports under each stair could be tighter. I fixed this by adding a piece of alien tape to hold the brace in place

I have a male (82lbs) and a female (53lbs) English bulldog. Though the steps supported their weight, their short legs and or clumsiness would cause the steps to lift up and collapse and they would both fall/trip and even get their feet caught in them. I gave the step to my sister who has a miniature chihuahua and he is so happy that he can get up on and down from the couch without help. Like I said perfect for small dogs.

I gave these a 3 star, bc they came with dog hair, as well as, human hair!!!!!!!! My dogs were pissed off about that!!!!!!! They also didn’t come with the hex tool to tighten the bolts, & 1 was not installed!!! I don’t like the way the steps have to be tucked up into a spot in order for them to work. I do like how they lay flat!!!!!!! I like the material. I like the height, & width ALOT!!!!!! They seem durable, & well made aside from them having to be tucked in. They stay put on the runner I have them on… I LOVE that!!!!!! Had they arrived with no dog hair, or human hair, & w the tool needed… I’d say 5 stars all day every day!!!!!!!! I would buy again, & again!!!!!!!!

I bought these steps in hopes my small dog and my med dog would be able to get on the bed. Once I opened it and set it up (super easy) the smell was overpowering. I assumed it would dissipate but even 6 days in, it hasn't. The pups wont go near it. I've tried day after day to bring treats to get them to come near it and go up it ~but they wont. The cost was okay but since I am in Hawaii the shipping was as much as the steps. I have tried everything to get them use it. Now its just in the way. Id love to return it but I dont see an option for this and I will not pay the shipping to return it. Seemed like a great idea but it is not functional if they wont go near it.
