Terrible product! it doesn't fit properly, yes it is adjustable but the harness is way to big, no support at all. I tried to sew one, that fits. but the frame is way too light. Gives zero support. This product sells on the hope of owners and their beliefs their pup will run. I'm so deeply disappointed.

Not happy with this dog wheelchair. Ask to return because our dog was walking better. But you would not let me return it now we are wasted over a hundred dollars on something we have no use for. Your return policy sucks

Hard to get dog into. Needs buckets for harness. The back leg support sags too much. Needs to be more supportive. The frame and wheels are very sturdy though!

It's very fussy and hard to get the dog into, so for an injured dog who can't stand for long, it takes too long to get him into the apparatus.

Unless your dog is very old or is missing limbs or use of the limbs, this should not be used. During surgery recovery, this was purchased and my dog tipped several times. The back wheels should be able to steer as well to prevent tipping. It was also a pain to put all those straps around him in a comfortable manner, that will support their weight, while also allowing them to still pee. I would not recommend unless your dog is permanently disabled.

I had really high hopes for this dog wheelchair, but unfortunately it wasn't the best. It was very difficult and time consuming to put together. Once, I finally got it put together, it didn't feel sturdy or give my dog good support. She wasn't able to move easily and looked pretty uncomfortable. The sizing is perfect, the length, width, and height are all adjustable. The price is also really cheap, I wish this company would've put more research into it and then they could've charged more. For the price, I definitely think it's worth it to try just in case it was just my dog who had issues with it.

Instructions were good, easy to assemble, and adjust Once our Shepherd is harnessed in properly, she loves it, however… it takes two of us to get her in there, it is not consistent, the screws keep coming out and are too small, especially in winter when your hands are cold. It has been a very frustrating experience for us. The idea of the chair is brilliant, but it has not been by any stretch a joy to use. I would be hard pressed to recommend it to anyone as once it’s on her, it is not consistent with the time before and we are doing the same thing every time. The fabric piece that goes between her legs and supports her back end is very tight. When she urinates, it goes over the fabric between her legs and has to be washed every time The strap that goes over her shoulders toward the front. Is way too tight. The minute we loosen it, she loses support even with the tummy strap. We have considered returning it many times, but due to the necessity of it, we keep struggling with it. It has not been an easy process. A joy when it works, extremely frustrating to get to that point.!!

Package arrived 2 weeks after we needed it for our dog and I have now been told that the company does not “recommend” returning it! I specifically purchased this item from Vevor because they DO have a return policy! I will never purchase from here again!
