I bought this heatpress last month and it is no longer working. I tried reaching customer service but it is hard as they do not have service number. Overall dissatisfied with this product.

I purchased this heat press machine hoping for reliability, but after just a few months of use, it completely stopped working. Despite reaching out to the company for assistance, they failed to provide any meaningful support or resolution. Their customer service was unhelpful, and I felt completely ignored. If you're looking for a long-lasting product and a company that stands behind what they sell, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere."

My wife is disabled and unable to use this machine. After many emails, they offered me $80 creditor a brand new machine. This is crazy! I guess they don’t stand behind their products!!!

This product never worked since day 1, I was sent a cable to replace by myself at home, which I did and the problem persisted. Now I've been offered a 26 dollar refund for a machine I paid 289. This is a joke

DO NOT BUY! I have had this heat press for 3 weeks and it started malfunctioning i reached out to customer service and send in proof of what it started doing and they only want to refund me $42 and giving me the run around of why i should not return. Everything was going great with customer service they were answering the same day no problem until i started asking questions and wanted to clear up things. They were thinking they had me with the $42.00 refund. Now they do not want to respond. Mind you i am going to launch my business this upcoming Friday and now i am stuck with a heat press that is not working properly. DO NOT BUY! DO NOT BUY!

Purchased this unit and never got it to work at all. Won't calibrate. Doesn't get hot over 240 degrees. Useless and no customer service whatsoever. I'll never buy from these clowns again.

Worst experience ever. After 2 weeks of "Out for Delivery" we finally got Vevor to start the process of a refund which did eventually come. The delivery company "Piggy" is super unreliable and has many complaints. Avoid, look elsewhere or finance something really nice like we did ;) The way Vevor handled this whole thing was terrible and we will have to reconsider any future purchases.

This product is trash. First of all it takes a good 10-20 minutes for it to even warm up. There’s a suction when you lift up the lever after the heating time goes off so the press losebd on the shirt. And on top of that it has gone out in less than 6 months, I’ve already tried to different brands of the same fused I received from the machine and customer services is a joke, one response per 24 hrs in the last 2 days. I will be getting a refund and going with another brand. This press has not been good from the start!!

I've had nothing but issues with this product since I got it and customer service is no help. All I asked for were new cords to fix the issue or a replacement and they offered me a partial refund. I really had high hopes for it but it's been nothing but disappointing. Honestly don't waste your money.

Not happy with with heat press, needs a handle to hold on to when open press, have repeat presses in different positions because print sticks to paper not shirt, I regret buying 16x20 vevor heat press.
