I recently purchased two items in this order: a food warmer and an insulated beverage dispenser. I received the brand new beverage dispenser and am happy with the product. However, we have not yet commissioned it for the business, so I cannot comment on its quality. I will provide a review after we use it. Unfortunately, the food warmer we received was a previously used item, even though we purchased a brand new one. We followed up with Vevor, and it was a bit challenging to navigate the return and refund process. They offered us a discount of $204 on the warmer, while the new one costs $336. We accepted their offer, but we have not yet used the equipment. I will write a review once we have the chance to use it. Thank you.

Whatever I try, I can't stop it from leaking around the top seal. I'm using the dispenser for hot coffee, taking it about 3 miles away, and it leaks on bumps, when going down the driveway, at stoplights, and when carrying it. I get that the vent would leak, but with a big seal around the lid, it shouldn't leak there. If you don't have to move it far, it's great, but not good for traveling.

We waren er echt super blij mee! Maar al snel kwam er een klein plekje roest, maar nu ook aan de andere kant. Het water is hierdoor niet meer te drinken, dus hebben we er niks meer aan 😢, we balen enorm!

Very disappointed: Received this dispenser just before our camping trip. Washed it and the spigot, as per instructions. Replaced the spigot with washers and tightened. It drips one drop/5 seconds despite tightening to the maximum. This has become, therefore, a useless product with expensive postage to return. Other reviews confirm that the company is unreliable with returns. How unfortunate for all.

I suppose technically its not a review of the dispenser, because it never arrived. After 2 weeks, no shipping updates after the first one, and countless emails with Vevor I had to lodge a dispute via PayPal to get a refund.

I purchased these for use in my store and later decided to use them as beverage dispensers for a banquet. They appeared clean, well-insulated, and sturdy, so I filled one with lemonade and one with water. Before leaving, I tightly secured the screw-on lids and loaded them into my car. During transport, they tipped over. I wasn't concerned because the lids were firmly attached. Unfortunately, when I arrived at the banquet, 1 kilometer away. both containers had leaked completely. Two gallons of lemonade and two gallons of water had soaked through my trunk. The lids never came off, but they clearly do not provide a watertight seal. What is the purpose of a screw-on lid if it cannot prevent liquid from escaping when the container tips over? To make matters worse, after the event one of the lids itself was still holding lemonade inside it. Not only does the lid fail to seal the container, it doesn't even keep liquid contained within the lid. These may be fine if they remain upright at all times, but they are not suitable for transporting beverages. I would not trust them for any event where accidental tipping is possible.
