Although i bought this 2L Sausage stuffer for it compactness and specific 304 Steel of the cylinder, and since 99% of it is made of steel - i expected the device to do its job. But while unpacking, i have noted defects. 1. One of the 2 clamps has a wrongly positioned (angled, instead of aligned) threaded bolt. Not OK, but survivable. 2.The Cylinder positioning on the frame is COMPLETELY un-aligned with the piston - as the cylinders lower slide-in plates assembly is not functioning properly. This an essential defect that i will not start thick plate bending to fix. Hence i will return this model back to Vevor. Very frustrated with that. For other people - do not buy 2-3L Vevor Sausage stuffer, as they are too low quality. Either go with a larger Vevor model from start (i assume that to have been manufactured correctly), or - just go with another brand

Qualitativ und konstruktiv ist das keine besonders gute Umsetzung, auch nicht für das Geld. Schon beim Bogen, wo die Tülle aufgesetzt wird, merkt man das. Der Durchmesser dieses Bogens ist viel zu groß und steht in keinem vernünftigen Verhältnis zur Größe des Hauptzylinders. In dieser Ausführung wäre der Bogen eher für einen deutlich größeren Zylinder geeignet – vielleicht für ein Gerät mit 20 bis 50 Kilo Fassungsvermögen. Für dieses Modell passt das auf keinen Fall, denn bei einem Ansatz von z.B. einem Kilo-Fleischbrät bleiben um die 200 Gramm in diesem Bogen zurück. Das ist einfach keine gute Lösung, sondern eher eine sehr schlechte. Schlecht zu reinigen.

Quality of this sausage stuffer is fine considering the price. 1st problem i'm having with it is that cranking lever is held by the pin that keeps falling off. 2nd problem is that plastic tube has the screw in mounting mechanisam and when puting casing on it it tends to fall of. Other thing i don't like is squeeking when rotating a crank mechanism. I did however manage to make my own sausages and it will be good enough to make few batches over the year.

J'ai choisi ce format vertical en pensant qu'il serait plus pratique mais je n'avais pas envisagé la perte de matière dans l'angle. Le socle n'est pas en inox mais en acier et il a déjà rouillé en plus d'être livré tordu ... Il n'y a pas de butée quand on incline le bac pour le recharger. Les nombreux diamètres de sortie, le joint supplémentaire sont un plus. Dommage qu'il y ait tous ces petits aspects négatifs, le reste est qualitatif!

This stuffer worked fine and was easy to use for the larger casing and sheep casing The smallest stuffing tube was too large for 21mm collagen casing to fit. The stuffing tubes twist in so you can not buy alternative stuffing tubes for it. Had to borrow a different stuffer to stuff these casings.

Gut gedacht aber leider nicht zu Ende. Die Schraube von der Kurbel lässt sich nicht einschrauben, weil die Bohrung in der Kurbel nicht zentriert ist. Die Kunststoffplatte, die das Brät nach unten drückt, lässt sich nur mit Mühe einführen. Am unangenehmsten ist aber das, dass Füllrohr ständig herausrutscht, weil der Bajonettverschluss einfach nicht hält. Eine Überwurfmutter wie bei anderen Maschinen könnte das Problem beseitigen. Die Materialanmutung und die Verarbeitung sin Ok. Positiv ist auch das die Maschine sehr gut am Tisch hält.
