Hello,
I am very disappointed in the pole saw. When connecting all the sections to get to 27ft, the pole is heavy, hard to control and bends quite a bit.
I wish I had not purchased the saw. I would like to return it, if possible.

It broke on the second day of use. I contacted the seller and they asked for pictures as well as a short video of the item and how it was broke. I told them to just send me the new part and I'll fix it. Didn't happen. Eventually they offered to send a replacement, but that never happened either. It took a while but eventually I got a refund and had to buy another one from somewhere else.

Dobry pomysł ale po zmontowaniu już przy sredniej wysokości ledwie można to podnieść, wszystkie elementy które powinny być super lekkie są zrobione z ciężkiego metalu zamiast np z aluminium - wygina się jak wędka.
Tak naprawdę nie da się obcinać gałęzi na pełnej długość.

I do not recommend to buy it because it work with 3 - 4 Fiberglass handles only. Rest of Fiberglass Handles useless....
