Only used 1 time to test it out ran fine the first time .After that the machine woukd not start up again very disappointed with this product .Even customer service hung up on me 2 x so didn't bother to try to call back again obviously there not gonna stand behind there product .Fon t waste your time or money with this totally disgusted with the product from the word go

Rachel Sanders 63CC Gas Auger
Auger did well on the first few holes. But then the shaft locked up and would not turn and would not crank. Requested a refund.

Nada más abrir el paquete se veía un gran golpe en la ahoyadora, me dispongo a montarla y la carcasa del motor está movida de un golpe, el escape abollado, y lo peor, el tirador para arrancarlo está roto en dos de sus cuatro tornillos Allen está el plástico suelto.

The throttle seems to be sticking or needs adjusting. It starts drilling as soon as it is started. Makes it a little difficult using it. Also wish i could have ordered the model with the two different aiger sizes and two extentions.
It also took much lo ger for delivery tan expected
