The product and packaging looks great at first glance. Unfortunately, after the first use the product was no longer useful. The 24" blade came undone from the screw in position and the 32" blade came with a slight bend, made a call to customer service and as I expected, they were no help.

The set arrived with skimmers loose in case no protection on the blades. The 24” and 32” blades had dings in them making them useless for their intended application. Contacted customer support and was told 51 hours ago that someone would provide a detailed update within 48 hours. Disappointed in the product. More disappointed in Vevor’s lack in customer care.

Everyone of the drywall mudding blades came bent and are unusable! I love all the other products I have purchased frome Vevor they are a great company, I want to use this product but they are unusable.

Absolute Garbage, the tile machine cutting bar gives as you score The tile towards the middle it barely marked the tile. So the cut towards the end goes inward or outward. So when it goes inward you lose the tile because it cuts it short. If it cuts outward then you have to finish the cut with a grinder. I had to buy 3 extra boxes of tiles just to finish the job

You get what you pay for. The blades have imperfections leaving lines in the skimming process. Not something a professional would want. One corner has a bend in it.

Vevor has been incredibly frustrating regarding this order. The company sent me the wrong product and made me jump through hoops to verify that they made an error (9 messages each between us). They finally admitted that they made an error, then, rather than sending the correct item, they suggested that I place a new order before they refunded my purchase. The original order for the item which was placedover 30 days ago. I don't know whether the refund is coming or not. It's hard to trust a process that is so broken. What a nightmare!!!
