Definitely good. 0 venting in my roof. Basement an icebox, main floor hot, AC always on. Put sensors in the attic and it was hitting 95°+ Celsius on hot days. Installed this fan and its keeping the Attic cooler. Today its 38° outside and 47° in the attic. The AC is noticeably running less.

The attic fan was very easy to install. Instructions on the wiring could be explained better. I like the thermostat control. The sound isn’t noticeable in the house. Seems to be good quality.

Good product for the price it would be nice if you could change rotation or turn the fan around in the housing so it blew the other direction

So far, so good, Fairly quiet for the neighbors bedroom side of the house. Thermostat kicks in at 95F and shuts down after cooling the attic space. Air exiting the fan measured 105F. I hope it last more that 3 years, like the last one. The different color electrical wires going into and out of the thermostat unit were not well explained in the instruction book. It took a week for that question to be answered, but taking the thermostat apart and using common sense was faster.

1. Thermostat does not work. I had to turn it down to minimum 77F-80F in order for the fan to kickstart while ambient temperature was 110F. This is unacceptable. 2. Wiring instructions that come with it is useless, poorly written. You need to google, chatGPT to figure it out. 3. Tech support keep responding "We are currently analyzing the problem based on the information you provided, which may take some time. Typically, you can expect a response within 48 hours. To expedite the resolution of your issue, we have marked this case as a priority and will contact you immediately with any updates." and then later warned that they had already responded and if no further question they would close the tech support ticket. It is clearly no help with the automated reply which is considered as their actual response/help.

I bought this item.. Unfortunately I couldn’t use it because the size description was incorrect. I haven’t been able to return it because they will , your company will not accept my return. They gave me a $31 credit to keep it. It’s still in the box. I have not used it. I will not be using this app or webpage to order items because items are to difficult to return. I will be doing business through HOME DEPOT, some of your products I do like. some of The products still testing . Not sure of yet.
