Bonjour, Je vous contacte concernant le conteneur isotherme reçu. Malheureusement, l’article ne me convient pas du tout : les bacs GN glissent et tombent systématiquement à l’intérieur, et les dimensions annoncées ne semblent pas adaptées aux bacs standards. Cela rend le produit inutilisable dans mon activité. Compte tenu de ces problèmes importants, je souhaiterais obtenir un geste commercial, ou idéalement un retour/remboursement, car l’article ne correspond pas à mon usage ni aux attentes. Do not buy this unit. It does not fit standard hotel plan sizes. And the company has not honoured their return policy. I’m contesting this purchase with my credit card company. Do not purchase anything from this company. Terrible customer service. Be aware.
