El contenedor es muy funcional pero con un par de defectos graves, la tapa tiene plástico por dentro, podria ser de acero inoxidable por dentro para que el líquido no tenga contacto con el plástico. En cuanto al grifo, si el contenedor esta cerrado no entra el aire y no sale algua, tiene una válvula en la tapa que sirve supuestamente para insuflar aire dentro pero no funciona.

Holds a lot of liquid but does not keep it hot for more than an hour or two.

Worked well for the first use, but after that, there were obvious design flaws. For starters, the temperature screen cannot be removed as it is wired in. So, when you attempt to clean it, any amount of water that gets to the wires or the battery panel behind the screen will damage the thermostat screen and make it unusable. By second use, only half the numbers were visible on the screen. We transported both units, in their boxes with the stabilizing foam that came in their packages, full of hot liquids and both units leaked a lot of hot cocoa and cider out through the “sealed” screw-in lids—normal sloshing as we drove soaked the bottom of the boxes. Obviously after this, they needed a deep clean, to which we encountered another design flaw. Liquid was seeping between the inner and outer layers of the canister. I let them sit upside down for a number of hours and I could still hear liquid in the dispensers that I could not get out.

This is how I received the package of the container I order. Very disappointing

despite the information on the vevor website I was charged custom duties upon collecting the shipment at the post office in Norway after a lengthy process with the Vevor customer service without a concluson I have given up getting the double charges refunded. I have been netshopping since about 2002 and this is the first time I have experienced this.There are plenty of netshops so I go somewhere else next time.

Used for an event and the temperature dropped almost 20 degrees in 3 hrs. I prefer my Airpots for temperature consistency.

After weeks of waiting my money was refunded and my order never arrived. Next thing I know they want me to review the products I ordered. This was the first time ever tried to order from VEVOR. Maybe next time will be better.

Preety good quality, but tempature not holding well for even two hours.

I tried to return it and Vevor obviously kept on asking me the same unecessary questions…. despite my explanation. I’m pretty annoyed and disappointed… I never had any issues with Vevor’s service, merchandise before this purchase. Not worth it
