The tent is easy to install. We jbought it in Nov 2024, but did not install it until Jan 2025 and so far the fiberglass support rod pockets ripped out, all stake down tabs ripped off, the door support fiberglass rod 2 piece elastic broke, tent stakes that came with it were very poor quality, had to buy new ones that were stronger and gave more support, the roof caves in when windy. Over all poor quality. There are 3 in the park exactly alike and so far 1 was totally torn up and went into the dumpster. Overall quality is not very good. Does not stand up in weather. We are very disappointed with this purchase.

Cela ne fait même pas un an que j’ai acheté ce produit et je l’ai reçu avec un problème d’étanchéité, j’ai demandé qu’on respecte la garantie mais on m’offre 30$ c’est ridicule j'ai payé 300$ , donc ce produit ne vaut que $30 dollars donc n’acheter pas leur produit je n’ai plus aucune confiance en eux . ATTENTION AUX ACHATS CHEZ VEVOR AUCUN RESPECT DES GARANTIES . COMPAGNIE NON RESPECTUEUSE ENVERS CES CLIENTS.

After only one short season the roof tore about 3ft section. I can't find any I fo on how to repair the tear several tent repair tapes do not stick to roof material. Still hoping to find a way to repair the damage...

Never again will I buy a Vevor ... Customer service is awful ( no phone number), the Vevor screen tents are not as well made as Clam Quickset but you get what you pay for. Idea is good to have window panels but After two weeks the screen had a hole and the Velcro failed on a panel. I Asked for a replacement panel but they do not have any!!!! Anyway I got a partial refund but unsatisfied and going back to a Clam

Bonjour, Le produit aurait pu être excellent d'une part si un SAV avait pu être joignable rapidement après la livraison, et si il ne manquait pas une couture sur un foureau pour un montant. Ce qui fragilisé grandement la structure étant donné que c'est un des montant de la porte.

We used this tent for less than a week before two of the poles broke. Very disappointing for something I paid over $200 for.
