The velcro down side panels wpuld be better inside. They dont mesh well on the putside with the tie downs.

We live full time in our RV and love having an "outdoor" space to go into no matter what the weather. Putting up is a bear! Taking down is a breeze. In order to push up the dome ceiling, we need 3-4 people. 2-3 to hold down the walls while someone strong struggles to push up the ceiling. IT DOES NOT WORK LIKE THE VIDEOS WITH 1 PERSON. Other than the difficult set-up, everything else is easy to do. The carrying bag makes it easy to store in the RV bay, and is easy to put back in the bag after use. I would recommend this gazebo more if you could set it up as they show in the videos. Just remember you need multiple people to set this up.

My original 12x12 gazebo zipper malfunctioned. But I contacted vevor through their 24hr chat. I have nothing but good to say they have a quality product and stand behind it. So grateful for such a great experience

I set up the tent and realized that from the factory the roof pull strap was installed backward. So there is no way to pull the roof down after it is setup. I spent an hour taking it apart and reversing the strap so it was on the inside of the gazebo. I was comparing this gazebo to the Kuma brand and I found the Kuma band has 2 zippers one on each side of the door which is much more convenient. The Kuma brand also has a pole over the door which makes it more stable. The vevor brand is half the price of the Kuma gazebo. All in all it is a good value

Was disappointed to open up my “new” screen tent to find out one of the door pieces had a splintered pole and the hubs had some scratches on them like it was used and returned. Worked nice for my first trip though since I didn’t have time to return prior to the trip.

First time I set it up it rained and every seam on the roof leaked it's easy to set up but I thought it would be better in the rain

The gazebo is great now that I have it set up and the price is okay. BUT on my first attempt to set it up I was alone. I could not figure out what was causing the problem. Being alone you cannot hold things up and out of the way so you can analyze the problem. Through chat I contacted a rep and he sent me to a drawing of instructions (Drawing no words). A week later my wife got back from a trip and we attacked it again. I never really figured out the exact misassembly but there had to be a couple of the fiberglass rods in the wrong places. I just started pulling them out until I could straighten the tent out and reassemble it. A lot of foul language and asking for forgiveness and now I have a bug free cool place to sit and have an adult beverage. Thats my story and I'm stickin to it.

The two front poles were missing from the bag. I need to reach out to before to get replacement poles. I hope they make it right

Junk, only used 3 times. Leaked, and broke after the 2nd time. Was able to rig it up for the 3rd time super disappointing.
