In shipping fuel tank was bent and damaged, where the wheel rod inserts was bent flat also and I had to reshape tube for rod to fit.

I really blind this unit very b powerful easy to use well made . I did have a question about an accessory that came with it that was t in the user manual so I was a bit confused didn’t want to use it wrongly and mess up the unit . But overall great buy highly recommend

Great Product and amazing for Price. EXTREAMLY powerful at 4400 PSI so make sure to always turn down RPMs when doing regular power washing

Came with some damage which made assembly difficult but it does have plenty of power to wash most oil and grime off of heavy equipment which is the goal

I like the variety in nozzles. Has sufficient power for most use-cases, but not very good for the heavy duty use that we purchased it for. overall it is OK

Instructions could be a bit more specific, confusion on how to get soap on and through the washer. Great value for the money!

Very nice power washer. I strongly recommend. Lots of pressure with a nice length of hose. Also is easy to move around

The machines great the service not so great. There’s no way to contact them and I can’t even send back via the Internet to contact Support. It never lets me submit it in the chat didn’t work. I’m still in the part. The problem I have is with the soap Extractor. It didn’t work and it leaked.

This works great, starts every time. Wish it came with quick disconnects for the hose and wand but that was an easy upgrade, as well as a pressure guarge and regulator to adjust output pressure. But it out performs my Dewalt 4000 psi pressure washer and I grab this one more often because it's easier to start.
