Overall, the product is pretty decent. A customer service, however, was abysmal. I contacted them multiple times explaining that the lower piece did not fold properly, and the metal was catching on itself. I even sent them pictures and a video demonstrating how it was catching. The last suggestion they gave me was to put more force into it to see if I could make it fold. This would’ve effectively ruined the peace, and then if I reached out to them, they had told me that I did the damage myself. I don’t know if I’ve ever been more disappointed with the lack of customer service.

Great idea poor design. No way this cart has a 500 pound capacity. 100 pounds of feed and the wheels are canted. Axles has a very loose fit in the frame. Works fine with light weight but poor craftsmanship on axle and sub par design. Copy of the Hawk crawler and you get what you pay for.

Package was missing all hardware so we can’t put it together. I immediately opened a support ticket. I was asked for a detailed list of missing items. I provided that. Then I was asked for photos of the packaging. I provided. Then pictures of parts we did receive. I provided. Then they asked for more pictures of the box. I sent more pictures. They said give them 2-3 days to review. It’s been a week and still no resolution. I continue to contact and they say “be patient”. So for $130 I have a useless piece if equipment . Avoid at all costs.
