The worst product I’ve ever received from the internet. I tried to cancel order 10 minutes after placing it, and didn’t receive a response from company until the next day, informing me the package anlready shipped After that they replied within 10 minutes for responses. They informed me that I could not return the product, and instead suggested I decline the delivery from the delivery person.
When the package arrived, it was battered, and the parts were blackened with dirt (apparently they permitted another person to return the product). There parts bag was a jumbled mix of pieces, so I counted them, and it turned out it was short esssentiall nuts for the stand.
When I asked them if I could return it now, they instead turned me over to a clearly automated response which just sends me a generic update message every 5 days, and lacks any meaningful repatriations.
Another review previously described having this issue. Whatever you do, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.
