Defect apparaat ontvangen en de service is verschrikkelijk slecht. Koop dit NIET bij Vevor.nl !!! Ik heb de nieuwste versie VEVOR Elektrische Suikerspinmachine gekocht in het rood (normaal €135), maar als combi met de overkapping voor €195. Wat een drama. Hij ziet er professioneel uit, maar weegt heel licht. Toen ik deze aanzette ratelde hij, maakte veel herrie, maar werd niet heet, zelfs na 10 minuten. Via de Chatservice vroeg de technici om een video, maar na opnieuw aanzetten hoorde ik een KNAL en de stoppen vlogen eruit. Ik heb ze de video meegestuurd. Steeds maar weer zeggen ze , heb 2 dagen geduld voor de technici. Ik wil geen technici, maar een retour-label. Keer op keer op keer werd ik aan het lijntje gehouden. ik kreeg wel steeds de keuze om genoegen te nemen met €98 retourbetaling en dan mag ik die zooi houden, maar een losse unit van dit model kost €135. Ik kan deze ook via Bol.com aanschaffen en dan heb je dit gelazer niet.

Out of the box it did not work right. Heated and spun but as soon as sugar was poured in the flossed sugar went down toward the base. It built up under the bowl and started burning below the bowl. I am not an expert but everything pointed to the motor spinning in the wrong direction and the side fins were directing the floss down. I swapped the motor leads at the rectifier to change the direction. It now works perfect. Would have been 5 stars if it would have been received in working condition.

The dome to the cotton Candy machine was delivered smashed. It took many email messages to fix the problem. There is NO one to speak to in customer service. You can only email back and forth to fix a problem. I willl never purchase from this company again. I’m in my 60’s and truly wish customer service was better.

I tried the machine one time and it seems to work OK. However, be aware that Vevor does not sell spare parts if something were to break or malfunction on the machine. I found this out after the fact, and would not have purchased it if I knew that they did not sell spare parts. Also note that the heat gauge is a voltage gauge, not a temperature gauge. You will have to figure out what voltage works best for your floss. Most floss companies recommend a specific temperature range. There is no way to dial that in on this machine.

I have used it only 3 times ( like 15-20 pieces ofcandy floss) and it broke

Almost every screw has loosened or fallen out within a dozen uses. Nearly impossible to clean.. hardly worth the low price tag..

machine qui ne fonctionnait lors de son 1er essai, plus de 3 semaines d'échanges de messages avant que le problème ne soit résolu (nouvelle pièce en remplacement reçue), la mauvaise note incombe à cette lenteur de traitement de problème. La machine semble maintenant fonctionner mais n'a pas été essayée "grande échelle".
