The motor is good, but the 16-inch blade wears out too quickly. It would be great if I could purchase just the blade separately. Is it possible to supply it?

luigi pessima qualità asta - ottimo motore

Prodotto ottimo!!! inteso come blocco motore... pessimo asta miscelante! e gia la seconda volta che lo acquisto... dopo circa un anno di utilizzo l'asta miscelabile si rompe.... se vendessero anche solo l'asta sarebbe meglio e riceverebbero da parte mia maggior valutazione... adesso dopo sette mesi mi si è rotta nuovamente l'asta... non so se acquistarla di nuovo da loro o andare altrove... peccato!!!

5 mois après l’achat les roues dentées du raccord moteur pied plongeant sont usées et n’entraînent plus le mixer…
Donc inutilisable

This product was a complete failure. after the 2nd one we decided to choose a different brand. We were using it for a commercial business and to have it break down in the middle of making sauce for an Italian business was not a good thing.

impossible a utiliser . Il surchauffe dans n'importe quelle vitesse et il faut attendre entre 5 et 20 minutes suivant les cas. Et le service client repond lentement et n'a toujours pas resolu mon probleme.

I have had a total of 5 now I have 3 the shaft locks up but the motor is still strong I've returned 2 in the past now I have 2 more that need replacing in the meantime I've ordered another 1 because I need at least 2 at a time , all the motors are strong just need the shafts I've asked about replacement parts and they offered me $49.00 " I ONLY NEED THE SHAFTS "
