on the first batch of rocks one of the tumblers stopped tumbling. seems like a motor issue. I have the single, smaller, one that works great. hoping this is just a fluke and I can get one that actually does what I want it to.

It didn’t even last one day and quit working. Definitely don’t recommend. Still waiting on the company to give me a refund. They wanted me to get a new power cord to see if it would work then. I’m not buying a cord for something that they should be refunding me for or replacing. I seem to be getting the runaround on a refund or at the very least a replacement.

Broke after a single 7 day tumble. Didn’t function first use properly. Would spin at variable speeds no matter what the load on the barrel was. Vevor ended up refunding and I tossed it in the trash.

Disappointed! The tumbler works for anything between 15min to 5hrs and then just stops. When I press play it doesn’t turn by itself I have help it along. Wasted my money☹️☹️

The tumbling machine didn’t work

The right side tumbler started malfunctioning after the first 3 days (would suddenly stop and then go full out max for a couple of seconds then stop again. Repeats this process. After 2 more days the left sid tumbler started failing again. So not that impressed. Support however will send replacement motherboard that I need to change. (Strange the me as the customer needs to dismantle and replace faulty HW. Vevor should instead send a new product directly instead. I DONT BUY NEW THINGS TO DISMANTLE AND FIX MYSELF!!!

De trommels vallen de hele tijd uit terwijl ze niet overbelast zijn of zo. Spijtig want over het algemeen tevreden met vevor. Dit product dus niet. Ik ga kijken hoe terug te sturen.

After the first use, the second one doesn't work. The motor can't handle the load. I've tried using a smaller amount of stone, reducing the weight, but the motor won't drive the barrel. POS :(

The motor stopped working during the 2nd step of the 1st batch. Vevor gave me a choice of money back or a new tumbler. I chose a new tumbler and the new tumbler finished the 2nd step. During the 3rd step the ac adapter stopped working so I switched to the plug from the first one. I managed to finish the 3rd step but I had to hand start the tumbler as the motor doesn’t always start by itself. I’m on the 4th and final step of the 1st batch of stones. I’m not sure if this tumbler will keep working long enough to do a 2nd batch. This tumbler seems to have some serious quality issues. I would definitely not recommend it

Après 6 mois d'utilisation, un des deux tonneaux ne fonctionne plus Très déçue au prix où je l'ai payé.
