Light usage, no warranty , very poor assistance from VEVOR , very disappointed! Gotta throw it away . only 11 months old stripped gears pulling a 400 pound box . My previous winch lasted me since 2009 . My assumption is that the metals used inside are too soft . Don’t waste your money.

I had a 3500lb winch that stopped working. I replace it with this one. this doesn't have nearly the power of my old one. I had it set up to lift something and it couldn't. I put my shoulder under this same thing and could lift it. maybe I'm hee-man and can lift 3500lbs? lol not. this thing struggles with a few hundred pounds.

I bought this winch for my snow plow on my Honda Pioneer 1000–5.
I hooked everything all up the plow was probably 5 foot away from the machine when I got everything done I hooked the wind up to the plow. It wouldn’t even pull it back to the machine. Tried it anyway.
It stopped halfway up
