Overall unite is handy and compact and appears well built with heavy coated operation wire. Controller size makes a little difficult to store when not in use. A suggestion to those who are not familiar with Synthetic winch rope, would be to carry a soft shackle to use as a snatch block when and if needed.

I installed the winch on the back of my lawn tractor. It's used to pull downed trees and branches into the tractors trailer without any problems or much effort. Make sure to get a waterproof winch cover to keep everything clean and organized!

A few days ago I fitted the winch and used an Anderson plug to connect to a battery only to find it didnt work. A further check found the problem with the Anderson plug and yesterday I put the winch to use to pull a disabled Classic onto my Ifor Williams CT177 and very pleased with its pulling power.

Winch works great, I couldn’t get the remote to work, but overall it’s a good product.

finally received winched was dropped very hard broke the housing on it. They might need to just take the bolts out when they’re shipping it because if it puts any pressure on it, it’ll break the housing. Any good mechanical minded person could put the bolts back in after they received, it might help out with damage every time it’s dropped.

When received, obviously I had to mount it and hook it up. The clutch would not engage. Why I got it to engage it pop out of gear on its own.

The winch description says universal fit to all UTV’s/ATV’s, however the cables going from the control box to the winch are too short if installed under the hood to protect from the weather. We have a 2021 Polaris Ranger 1000. We cannot use this winch safely for all parts with the current blue and yellow cable. I have sent in a ticket for advice, but have not heard back yet.

The winch is absolute crap. I managed to pull a jet ski out of the lake with it just once.
