I can not get it to work the way it is made to the wire when fed into the unit and it starts to cut the insulation the wire rolls to one side or the other side of the cutter blade and it will not cut

Werkt niet zoals beschreven, de draad springt telkens vanonder het mes uit. Alles al geprobeerd, hoogte aangepast, invoergaten bijgesteld, ... dit ding mag bij het oud ijzer van mij!

The machine arrived in good time. However it was not functioning at all out of the box. Now 48 hours later, problem is under analysis for another 48 hours. Service unacceptable.

Rubbish product. Actuall cutting mechanism decent, yet small Chinese motor didn't even last 10 hours. Then trying to get a return (under 30 days as well) was like the proverbial "blood out of a stone" routine. Goodbye Vevor, I won't be back..

Unfortunately I was disappointed in this item. When it works properly it's awesome. But too often it only cuts the insulation in spots and not continuously. It seems to work better if you cut the wire in shorter pieces but that makes more work. Sometimes the wire seems to slip out of the blade and you have to stop the motor and pull the wire back out. I am hoping as I use it more and continue to make minor adjustments it will all get worked out.

Overall construction and operation would probably be great, but the instructions left me guessing about how to fix the thing. It won't line up well enough to cut the insulation on any piece of wire longer than 2 inches. So now I have a paperweight on my bench and think I should have stuck with a screw in a 2x4 for my wire stripper.

K Probleem met wire stripper: draden raken verstrikt
400W Enkelkanaals
Ik ben erg teleurgesteld over deze VEVOR wire stripper 400W. Bij het eerste gebruik bleef de machine steeds vastlopen: de witte gecoate draden glijden onder de tandwielen en raken verstrikt. Ik heb geprobeerd de instructies te volgen, maar het probleem blijft constant. Dit apparaat werkt niet zoals beloofd en is voor mij onbruikbaar. Ik verwacht een snelle reactie van VEVOR en een oplossing, bijvoorbeeld een vervanging of volledige terugbetaling.
