The machine dosnt work has many issue . When I contact them to return it they say send us video show us what’s going on . How about you take the machine and see what’s going on by yourself . What we going to happen if I show you ? You going to teach me how to fix it ? And then you telling me to pay the return shipping cost and I will be responsible if it got lose . Are you kidding me . I will be sure that everyone knows about you the worst company and the worst customer service ever

Normally I am a huge fan of vevor products, and own a huge amount of vevor products. Have not counted but well over 25 products and I would guess it is closer to 50 different vevor products. This product is a big disappointment. The grates were not sharpened, the grates would not cut properly or cut decent size results both in slices and in grated products. The last little bit gets stuck between the grating part and the feeding/holding frame. The pusher does not go down close to the grating part. Has a good strong motor but that is about it. Not sure if I got a dude as I am not sure how some here say it is a good unit. I have a much smaller salad shooter and it works head and shoulders above this unit.

I ordered 7 months before No product And No refund received

It would have been great, but once the part for the dicer break, you have to buy a whole new machine because there is no replacement.

Machine arrived defective and inoperable. Vevor customer service is refusing to return/refund the item. Offered a 10% refund on a completely unuseable machine. Insane.

Doesn't work as it mentioned and whatever product we dice it's coming out watery instead of this using manual dicer is way better.

Blade snapped on the first use

This cutter is not useful for professional daily usage. There are open spots under the machine so can not wash properly, the spring is very thin, the plunger with the spring is thin and cheap construction so if you want to use it fast it gets stuck all the time due to gaps between metal parts. Also the power supply plug is next to on-off button making it easy to damage over usage. Finally, the blades needs to be unscrewed in order to wash them. Lock-unlock system for the blade would have been much better

Each one of the boxes were missing parts. They have the worst customer service on earth.You cannot call and talk to a human at all. I finally contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge. I definitely would not recommend buying anything from this company.
