Bought this prior to first harvest. Very exciting. Got home from an overseas trip, item delivered. Awesome. Go to check bees - yeah they've left home. Super not capped, SHB in the brood box, slime out. Not restarting with a nuc until varoa settles down in Brisbane. So I have no idea of this is a good product.. looks great and delivered in a timely manner. Just no honey to test it.😁

I am happy with the extractor. If you mount it on a pellet you can stand on it which stops the wobbles from uneven weight of the frames and it is the right hight to fill the 20 ltr honey buckets. It is a very good extractor for that price.

Stainless steel easy to clean smooth and very quiet motor honey comes out fast would buy again this is a very nice spinner would highly recommend

Works as it is supposed to. This is the only extractor that I’ve ever used, so I can’t compare it to the more expensive ones. I’m sure it is not as heavy duty as those. But for the hobbyist like myself with only a few hives, it works great. Everything is stainless steel so the only part that could possibly go bad is the motor. Which I could easily replace . I’ve had it for a couple of seasons now and it still works perfectly

I received the extractor a few weeks ago, unpacked it and performed a quick run test before I repacked it since it is the beginning of winter here in Canada. I was happily surprised to find it quite sturdy, made of a heavy enough material, in good condition and well packaged. It seems to run nicely, and this configuration is flexible enough to accept large and medium frames. So far, I am pleased with my purchase, and I would recommend the 4/8 frames model to anybody with 10 to 20 hives.

This spinner worked great. There are very sharp edges that I did cut myself on during assembly so I put gloves on. A pipe deburring tool took care of those. The clear lid is nice but the safety tab on them was too close so it required modification so the lid would close properly. To disassemble the unit you have to remove the 2 bolts holing the motor assembly on. I replace them with hand knobs to make it easier. That would be a nice modification from factory instead of the cap nuts. Overall good value requiring minor modifications to last a lifetime.
