Fonctionne bien, mais chauffe énormément dans le récipient, au bout de 30 sec il se retrouve brulant et dénature le produit moulu malheureusement... Servi 3 fois seulement, j'ai finalement arrêté de l'utiliser à cause de ça, c'est dommage.

I’ve been using this grinder for a while now and I’m honestly disappointed. The motor heats up very quickly, even when I grind small amounts, so I have to stop and wait for it to cool down every time. Also, the grinding is not consistent at all. After each batch, I always have to sift the powder because part of the ingredients stay coarse and don’t get properly ground. For me, this shows that the grinder is not as powerful as it should be. Overall, it’s not worth the price and I wouldn’t recommend it.

Not Workin

Worked the first three times I used it, worked great, then stopped working. I am not sure why or how to fix it.

Produit mal finit, arrêtes coupantes. Moteur fume à la première utilisation, très mauvaise qualité. C'est ridicule et dangereux, il n'y a que la minuterie pour mettre en route, même pas un inter ou un poussoir ! C'est vraiment dangereux si vous devez l'éteindre immédiatement car c'est impossible ! De plus la mise en place du couvercle est aléatoire car le système est douteux et aléatoire, manque de précision... Bref encore un produit qui aurai pu être un bon produit mais qui par soucis de gagner quelques centimes de plus finit par être un déchet de plus pour la planète... Pour le reste, la poudre est fine, bien que grande tendance à coller sérieusement sur de grosse épaisseurs , dommage que la lame ne soit pas mieux ajustée.

Pas satisfaite

Had het pas na 2maanden of later uit gepakt, maar de rode timer knop was in stukken ,en geprobeerd te draaien er kwam een blauwe vlam uit ,dus mijn conclusie de vervoer firma heeft er mee gegooid of er is toch iets mis gegaan waarschijnlijk jullie fout niet ,anders zou ik het andere artikel niet bij jullie gekocht hebben ,gewoon spijtig want het staat gewoon in mijne kelder mvg rudy heirman

I will never purchased another Vevor product again. They sent it without an operation manual. When I contacted them for a manual. I got treated like a criminal. I had to prove that I purchased it from them. Then it was transferred to another department who then wanted videos of the product. Then it was transferred to yet another department who advised me they would consider my request. I never heard back even after repeated requests. All this just for an operation manual that they forgot to put in the box. A worthless company with zero support for the customer.

this product never worked and i am still in the process of trying to get a refund. Vevor has not stood by the quality of this item. Vevor keeps send annoying emails, that border on harassment, saying that the matter will be closed in 24 hours if i do not respond even though all correspondance shows the matter is not closed. At this point i would never buy a vevor product again and advise all others against vevor purchases.
