I purchased a lemon. The cover never fitted the mill, and everything spills. I have now been in contact with Customer Service approximately 40 times and
So far I have not been able to return the item. Everyday an email comes in postponing me another 48 hours. I am within my 30 days return period yet the company is not honouring their own return policy. This is the 8th day I have attempted to get permission to return the mill and a return address, and nothing. Buyers beware. This company has the worst return policy.

abdul lasted only 4 days
it broke in 3 days and now vevor is giving me a really hard time to get a refund. this is not how you maintain customers long term. Second prodcut from vevor that breaks down and they are not accepting return. Looks like strategy is selling very cheap stuff that breaks easily to lower cost and always denying refunds when customers find out. People will eventually figure that out

Moulin qui ne fonctionne plus après 2 utilisations, en attente de remboursement ou d'échange. Nous avons remis les charbons neufs (joint dans le colis), ne fonctionne toujours pas...
Pas simple de communiquer avec cette entreprise, nous changerons de fournisseur, et espérons que pour les 2 produits en litiges chez eux , ils solutionneront au plus vite.
Je déconseille l'achat de leurs produits fonctionnent à moteur...
