MD Poor instructions, cheaply made fin and prop

The manual seems to have left out many key instructions - for example, to pair the remote with the motor, the motor has to be in the deployed position. Nowhere in the manual does it say that so I struggled, trying to pair the remote with the motor again and again. There is almost no reference made to the plastic unit that allows you to remove the installed motor from its base, but there are instructions of how to install the base on the boat so essentially you have a useless plastic base because their are no instructions how to attach it to the boat or how to attach that to the motor housing. I also think the joystick is a bit of a joke. They should take their engineers and fundamentally copy the Minnkota Terova remote, which is exceptional and you can see it in the dark. This remote has no significant backlighting. Overall, I give this product a C+.

francis I have not contacted VEVOR yet but I’m hoping for a full refund. Also the motor is not bulky and a lot heavier than most trolling motors.

Have only used it once and it performs pretty good. The spot lock feature did work, but it would good round and round and get itself tied up. Remote worked great! I did lose gps signal once on the motor and had to turn it off and back on to get the beeping to stop. Great price! Heavier than my motorguide.

Atnāca ar lielu kavēšanos. Kaste izskatās tā it kā viņu noliktavās mētāja. Caurums kastē. Iekārta darbojas nekorekti. Enkura režīmā iekārta visu laiku griežas apkārt savai asij un iespiež vadu. Visu laiku manuāli motors pašam jāpagriež atpakaļ kas traucē tā izmantošanu. Nevienam neiesaku.

Impossible for me to review! The remote control didn't work! Contacted vevor for a new one...finally they shipped it...went to the wrong address!!! been waiting weeks. Last I heard from them they are working on it!!! I have bought otherVevor products and iInever had a problem. I cannot understand why it was shipped to wrong address somewhere in Michigan!! Totally unacceptable!!!!!!

I am a fan of VEVOR. However, this product is not good quality whatsoever. It came in broken. Very cheaply made, return was a hassle. Don’t waste your money. Buy a Minn Kota.
