Not very well made. After you attach the door, there’s still too much play in the door. I wouldn’t buy it again.

One of the slides arrived faulty. I contacted Vevor, described the problem and sent a video (below), which they requested. This is the first time I am dealing with Vevor, the only item in my kitchen reno from Vevor, and also the only item which arrived faulty. Waiting now for the verdict of their service department. In the meantime my kitchen remains unfinished...

The drawer is not soft close as described. I’ve fully installed the drawer. I have asked the company for assistance to make it soft close, but they are not being very customer friendly. They want me to remove the drawer, pack it back in the original box and take it to FedEx to return it. Be careful to not get tricked into buying this item. It is NOT soft close! I am very disappointed! I should have looked at the company reviews before making my purchase. BEWARE OF THE SELLER!!

It is very flimsy once installed. It should come with an upper rail. I would not recommend it. The price looked good at the time but in hindsight it isn't worth it. I will probably change it out down the line.

Soft close slide mechanism on one rail was broken and rather than replace it, Vevor gave me a Partial refund. I accepted the refund begrudgingly because there was no other option. Had to find new slide rails locally which added an extra 2 weeks to my project. 😡

Just ok wont buy again

Compared to the big box stores, the price was well worth it. The size of the unit was a little disappointing, but the small one was the only one that would fit my cabinet. It was easy to install and works well. Love the soft close hinges as well

I bought this to install undercounter trash bins in our kitchen. I'm mostly happy given the price, BUT, the installation instructions were two sentences and a basic drawing, (a LOT of trial and error was needed but I got there in the end).The metal is rather soft and thin but does the job relatively well. I doubt it will last more than a few years of use, but who knows.

It’s a ok item. The install was difficult for the first time. The first slide rails stopped soft closing and now the second set has quit soft closing as well. They sent a whole new kit to replace the broken slides so now I have 4 trash cans. That’s great but I don’t want to warranty the second set and get two more trash cans to deal with. Maybe you’ll have better luck but I did not.

The price was very good. Components were of good quality. Soft close feature is nice and work well. However the instructions were useless and it is difficult to open. This a design flaw because the cabinet attaches at the bottom and the cabinet handle is at the top since this a full height cabinet insert.
