I had this portable refrigerator for just under 5 months and initially and for most of that time it worked as designed and worked great no problems whatsoever however before the six month period the compressor failed and no longer cools cannot get compressor to run unless standing on end which is not good no cooling in any compartment and if plugged in temperature rises about 5° every 20 minutes currently looking for support on this issue will update if problem is handled and issue solved. This unit failed before the one year warranty was up. as of as of right now I would give this item a 3 out of 10 because even though it’s functionality was good initially it didn’t last six months before compressor failure.

Long delivery time and when it eventually showed up it was not possible to connect to Bluetooth nor to the app that was recommended. No waiting for new motherboard to be delivered. This is not good quality

Acheter pour utiliser dans un van, aménager la glacière n’arrête pas de se mettre en sécurité car le compresseur se déclenche trop souvent.. De plus ça refuse de refroidir même quand le véhicule est allumé, elle n’arrive pas à aller en dessous de 5° quelle a eu avec beaucoup de mal. Quand on éteint le véhicule qui a quand même de grosses batteries, lacer se retrouve très vite en même pas une heure à environ 15° les deux compartiments. Donc la glacière est inutile car elle est même pas capable de garder le froid. Je l’ai quand même payé 434 € pour un truc inutile. Je suis dégoûté.

Impossible de se connecter en bluetooth sur le téléphone. Pour moi ne sert pas a grand chose sans cette connection ...

I waited 48 hours after shipping, I turned it on, set it to -4 and loaded it with already frozen solid sheets of plastic reusable ice. After 2 days of running, the ice sheets are half melted and and the units are at 9 and 3. Waste of money for a freezer. Returning.

It doesn't work within 14 days. They sent another one and it's the same. Bad product
