Pompe qui fonctionnait très bien mais qui nous a lâché après 14 mois d'utilisation... Pourquoi les produits ne sont pas garantie 2 ans alors que c'est la garantie légale en France... ???

Overall love Vevor and almost all products I receive from them and as gifts for others. However, this submersible well pump was very impressive, overall appeared design and built well. There was no repetitive short cycling, no issue with wiring. Bull diagnostic done on pump removal and appears capacitor was fried, likely to normal wear and tear however, unfortunate. There was a few months past the one year warranty window. Absolutely amazing product to start, however, wish I would’ve purchased model with external control box as it appears they no longer sell the 1.5HP 115v/60Hz without control box anymore. Perhaps this was an issue with this model? Would like to try another but hesitant to make investment at this time.

I wish the proper info could be provided for specs for the pump, it was not shown in the description or in the manual listed. La pompe ne fonctionne plus après seulement 2 ans d'utilisation très occionnelle.

Ao desligar a bomba a água volta a retornar ao poço e a bomba fica vazia. Ao voltar a ligar a bomba a mesma está vazia e demora sempre a voltar a sair água

Hace dos años que compré el producto. Tiene poco uso, se utiliza 4 veces al año y ya no arranca, se queda consumiendo mucho y no puede arrancar. No es por qué lleve tiempo parada, ya que cuando consigues que arranque y la tienes un rato sacando agua, paras y vuelves a arrancar y tampoco puede arrancar. Producto de muy mala calidad.

O pressostato vinha avariado, pedi assistência há mais de dois meses e até ao momento nao resolveram o problema e deixaram de responder às minhas mensagens. A nível de assistência, sao muito fracos. Sinceramente nao recomendo.

After 4 yes 4 of these pumps I have not received a refund nor a replacement . That means iv spent a year on and off having water a month or so then not a month or so . Now im out of the money for the pumps I purchased 3 thr first was replaced it also broke . Im out over 1000$ in material and over 1300 from the plumber .
