Doesn’t work very well. We have to run toast through twice and bagels and muffins 2-3 times. Had to purchase another one since could not return. Would not recommend.

If dealing with a broken, dented product straight out of the box wasn't painful enough, trying to get help from VEVOR customer service turns into an absolute nightmare. Forget about a quick resolution. Contacting their support team feels like entering a time warp where centuries pass by. Instead of a straightforward replacement or refund for a damaged unit, you get trapped in an endless loop of non-stop explanations, redundant photo requests, and automated stall tactics. They make you jump through a million hoops—asking for endless videos, escalating the issue to "technical staff" who take days just to reply, and repeatedly offering microscopic partial refunds instead of handling a proper return. By the time you finish explaining yourself for the hundredth time, you'll feel like you've aged a thousand years. It is slow, exhausting, and entirely designed to make you give up out of pure frustration.

Well built, nice spacious machine, but does not toast properly, to get a gold or more toast must pass it through several times.

The toaster was not appropriate for our work and Vevor refused to take it back and am still awaiting the partial reimbursement they offered.

Doesn't toast properly. You have to run twice to get toast done properly. Bad customer service. Ask for refund after using less than week. They refuse and told me there is nothing wrong with toaster.

This is a very nice item, but doesn’t work properly. It barely heats up when the temperature is all the way up, I couldn’t imagine trying to toast something on the lowest setting. You would have to push it through the machine at least four or five times. Will be looking for a different product from a different company in the future, this will work for now because I just spent the money for it, but don’t waste your money on this product buy something that is proven.
